7 Go Pay To Win

Ultimate Team carries different types of packs that players can purchase either with in-game cash or FIFA Points (bought with real-life money) to obtain the highest-rated goalkeepers in FIFA 23, amongst other players. The chances of obtaining good players in these packs are entirely RNG-based, but players who pay more money certainly tend to succeed more in the game mode.
6 Prepare To Spend A Lot Of Time

3 Find A Cheap Overpowered Team
Overpowered teams are not exactly few-and-far-between. It’s a bit of a grind in the beginning to get a decent team, but after a month or two the market settles and overpowered teams are everywhere. Players should use the Futbin website to find a cheap team for 10-20k, grind for that amount of coins at the beginning and then coast with that team while earning coins throughout the year and making new teams.
YouTube is also a great resource for finding teams that are currently cheap to put together. Players should remember to filter the search results to videos that were posted ‘Last week’ to ensure they are finding videos that are up-to-date on Ultimate Team’s meta. Even having the best LW and RW in FIFA 23 will improve a gamer’s goal-to-game ratio and help them out in the early game.
2 Don’t Bother With SBCs…Except At The Start
Squad Building Challenges (SBCs) are pretty much just a coinsink. Gamers are expected to create teams according to a list of prerequisites, before submitting it and losing it in exchange for rewards. The problem is, other gamers choke the market out and make it so that gamers have to overpay for players simply to fulfill the SBC.
The starting SBCs, however, are worth it and will help gamers to get their Ultimate Team journey on FIFA 23 off to a good start. EA releases new SBCs with popular legendary players as rewards, which could be worth it if a gamer wants a particular player in their squad regardless of taking a loss or not. They can be useful for obtaining the best players in the Premier League on FIFA 23 and other leagues.
1 Try Out Moments
The new Moments game mode sees gamers completing challenges and games to earn stars. These stars can then be spent on packs and other items to increase the gamer’s overall squad quality.
Moments is similar to Squad Battles and Squad Building Challenges in that the gamer has to play single-player in a grindy mode. Unlike the other two modes, Moments seems to be very generous in its offerings.
